Dosage and method of use:

The usual dose is one tablet per day
For the treatment of skin infections such as tinea, oral and throat infections, and vaginal infections: The dose is 150 mg once and repeated after a week.
For the treatment of meningitis: the dose is 400 mg once a day on the first day, and on the second day the dose is 200 mg.
The dose can be taken with or without food
