Dosage and method of use:

The appropriate dose for children is 5 mg per kilogram of the child’s weight once a week, and the treatment should be started two weeks before entering the infected area and continuing after leaving it for 4 or 6 weeks.
The appropriate dose for adults is two tablets at a rate of 400 mg once a week.
The permissible dose in the case of malaria attacks: the appropriate dose for adults is at a rate of 800 mg as a first dose, and continue with a dose of 400 mg after 6 or 8 hours, and then continue with a dose of 400 mg in the following two days.
The appropriate dose for children is 32 milligrams per kilogram of the child's weight, divided into doses over three days.
The permissible dose in the case of treating rheumatic disease is at the rate of one tablet of three tablets per day.
The permissible dose in the treatment of lupus is at a rate of 400 mg once or twice in the case of long-term use, the dose of prevention is from 200 to 400 mg.
Dosing schedules and the number of doses determined by the attending physician must be adhered to.
It is recommended to take the drug every 12 hours if it is taken more than once a day.
